Today’s Photograph of the Day is a black and white of the Burnside Bridge in Antietam National Battlefield Park. This is one of my favorite places in the park to photograph. There is usually some nice reflections and outstanding color at sunrise. The elm tree that is reflected in this photograph is a witness tree. It was standing at the time of the conflict.
Today marks the end of extraordinary pricing for this year....

This is the first of three portrait orientation photographs of the 14th Street Pier in Virginia Beach. What really caught my eye on this morning was the reflections of the pier lights on the water. The yellows and greens combined with the orange and blue of the sky to make this sunrise more than ordinary. I will be posting the other two portrait views over the next two days. You can also find three landscape orientation photos on my website in the Coastal Virginia Gallery.
Just a reminder that extraordinary pricing will be be ending for this year on February...
