Merry Christmas

Our Christmas morning starts with a trip to Narragansett Beach for sunrise. My daughter does some of her yoga poses while I photograph her against the background of breaking waves and a sunrise sky. When we get there at about 45 minutes before sunrise, we pretty much have the beach to ourselves. By the time we leave at about 30 minutes after sunrise, the parking lot is full, and there are a lot of beach chairs and blankets on the beach. (I think that we may have become part of the Christmas morning entertainment).

Next stop — Dunkin’ Donuts for a box of jelly donuts. And then back to the shore for a champagne toast (or 2) and a couple donuts each.

Merry Christmas to all.

Hard to believe that it was colder at Beavertail than it was at Narragansett Beach!

Don’t forget we must smash your champagne flutes on the rocks, too! (It makes “sea” glass for future artists.)
